Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard economy shipping within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Hemp-derived products are legal to purchase and ship within the United States under the 2018 Farm Bill, but individual state laws vary. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that hemp-derived THCV products are legal in their state before ordering. We do not ship gummy products to states where they are restricted.
