Superstrong CBD Cream (purchased on its own): Every jar comes with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you try it and aren't satisfied with how it performs within 7 days of your purchase date, contact us at dr.stepanekstrusted@gmail.com and we'll refund your money for that jar — no hassle. This guarantee is limited to one redemption per customer, and once redeemed, that customer is not eligible to purchase Superstrong CBD Cream again.

Complete Collection Bundle and gummy products: Because these are consumable, regulated hemp products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened gummy products or bundle purchases once shipped, except as required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dr.stepanekstrusted@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
